Adventures with Air Dry Clay

Maybe I shouldnt fess up to this but here we go. Adventures with Air Dry Clay begins here.

Firstly having ignored some of the instruction manuals I wacked together an Armature using baking foil.

Then as most of the books recommended using glue on the foil, of which I had none, I sprayed it up liberally with mount spray.

Now I opened up my pack of Air Dry to find it much stickier and softer than the plasticine I had practised with. Nothing ventured nothing gained I have now plastered the tin foil structure with clay moistening my hands lots to get it smooth and bits to stick together.

You can see here a little mouse I knocked up earlier.

Its just a bit of playing. Now lets see what I can do as it starts drying. The mouse was done 2 hours ago.
